Our 8 Step Service Process:

Step 1: Inspection & Survey:
One of our highly trained technicians will do a walk through inspection with you. This will include our carpet test. We will identify:-
Soiling conditions, potential permanent staining and any other existing carpet conditions.

Step 2: Deep & Thorough Industrial Vacuuming:
We use a extremely powerful, industrial vacuum. This ensures that all loose soil is removed by a thorough vacuum, followed by a rake of the carpet.
Removing any dry and loose soil first, is an extremely crucial step in the cleaning process. Without doing this first you can end with mixed results due to the dry, loose soil being scrubbed into the floor, rather then removed first.

Step 3: Working Under/Around Furniture: 
Breakable items should be placed, safely out the way, prior to our arrival.
Sofas, chairs and tables (etc), will carefully be moved with the use of sliders.
Larger, heavier items such as beds, dressers and wardrobes are left in place under our regular pricing structure (however, with a small fee can be moved if necessary.)
Heavy dressers can be moved if empty or drawers have been removed prior.

Step 4: Pre-Spray:
We will pre-spray your carpets or upholstery. This is done by using our dry carpet cleaning machine. This will allow for the fibres to be thoroughly cleaned by the means of;
Spraying, Emulsifying and Extracting the dirt in one smooth, dry operation. Thanks to our state of the art dry upholstery and carpet cleaning machine.

Step 5: Spot & Stain Removal:
Spot removal treatment will be done either before or after the cleaning process. This will be completely dependent upon their nature.

Step 6: Scotchgard Protection:
For longer carpet/upholstery life – Scotchgard can also be applied at this point, to your Carpets, Upholstery or Rugs.

Step 7: Grooming Of The Pile:
Before we leave your carpet is groomed. This is done so that your carpet pile is standing tall. Post grooming helps the carpets pile stay in the right position.

8.) Final Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning Inspection:
Our technician will walk through your office/work place with you to point out the cleaning results. This will also ensure that you are completely thrilled with the job.
